Business Intelligence through Human Capital Metrics

Date: 10 April 2008
Location: Central London
For more information, visit www.towersperrin.com

The pressure on HR functions to tangibly contribute to business success - within strict cost controls - has never been greater. Therefore, the challenge facing senior HR professionals is how to align HR strategy with business strategy, and to deliver their value-add through an effective HR function that can demonstrate a positive contribution to both the top and bottom lines.

To address this challenge, organisations are increasingly looking to understand the Return-On-Investment of their HR expenditure. On the basis that measurement precedes management, many organisations are now looking to define and implement a Human Capital Metrics structure.

Towers Perrin has worked with many organisations around the world to measure and evaluate the performance of their HR functions based on measurable and meaningful data. Working in partnership with Towers Perrin–ISR, much of our work in this area is based on our research database of over 80 Human Capital Metrics covering all major HR processes and functions, and their effective contribution to business results.

This breakfast briefing will therefore bring together our consulting experience and research analysis to cover:

  • An overview of Human Capital Metrics and how these can deliver value for your organisation
  • Insights from recent analysis of the Human Capital Metrics database (some of which will challenge conventional thinking)
  • Learnings from best practice examples

The event will be held in central London on Thursday, 10 April 2008 from 09.00am to 10.30am. If you wish to attend, please reply to this email or register on-line at www.towersperrinevents.com.
