We’ve created a large number of report templates that communicate all the relevant information, and only the information, that your managers will need to explore their survey results. But if your managers can't understand what the data really mean, they can't determine the way to best act on the results. That is why all of our reports are also designed to communicate the results of the survey effort clearly and concisely.
Our basic report books, whether delivered on paper or via PDF, will typically contain the following types of reports:
- Top and Bottom Item Reports are used to identify quickly the areas of relative strength and weakness in the organization.
- Category Target Reports are useful for providing internal benchmarking of overall performance and are often used to frame the results at the item level.
- Quartile Reports answer the call when very detailed descriptive statistics of the survey results are required or you want to facilitate the sharing of best practices across your organization.
Here is a PDF sample of some of the typical types of report pages in our basic report books.
